During a routine inspection
Care was planned in a way to ensure people's safety. People were assessed by the doctor and a safe rehabilitation program was advised which took account of people's physical capabilities. There were procedures in place to deal with medical emergencies.
The clinic was clean and well maintained. There were systems in place to reduce the risk of infection which included a policy on infection control.
There was a complaints policy in place and people were given information on how to make a complaint. People we spoke with and the comments on the provider's website were complimentary about staff and the services received.
