During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with described the individual staff who provided their care as, "...brilliant" or "...wonderful". However, there was a consensus that there were problems in relation to communication and the time of planned visits and they were not informed when care staff would be late.
We noted that errors in medication administration had been made. The provider may find it useful to note that the issue was more complicated in one case as the person using the service had two branches of Radis providing their care. It was observed that some errors were not linked to Radis Ramsey, and it was unclear if the issues had been forwarded to the other branch. The acting manager said the information would be forwarded immediately.
