Our view of the service
Care to You Healthcare Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing the regulated activity personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, seventy eight people were using the service. We carried out our off site assessment of the service between 05 February 2024 and 19 April 2024, and our on-site assessment on 16 April 2024. We looked at six quality statements; Safeguarding; Involving people to manage risks; Safe and effective staffing; Medicines optimisation; Independence, choice and control and Equity in experiences and outcomes.
People's experience of this service
People told us that they were happy with the service they received and that staff supported them well. They told us they felt able to raise issues if they had concerns, and they said staff were kind and caring. We were told by one person, “The carers and office staff are always polite, respectful and courteous to me.” Another said, “They are all professional and caring". We received mixed views about the consistency and timeliness of care calls.
