We carried out an announced assessment on 5 December 2024, with interviews with patient participation group members also taking place on 6, 9 and 11 December. Herne Hill Group Practice is an NHS GP service based in Lambeth, South East London. We conducted this assessment to review the responsive key question, which had been rated as requires improvement at the previous assessment on 11 October 2023. We assessed 7 quality statements in the responsive key question only. At this assessment we found the provider had effective systems in place to provide responsive care. The provider had mechanisms to collect and act on patient feedback.
