During a routine inspection
Many of the young people who used the service set their own goals, and were assisted by staff to write their own support plans. We spoke with three people who used the service and all told us they were very happy with the way their support had been arranged. One person said. "It's really helping me, it's nice, they give me advice and stuff, and always give me lots of time to talk."
The provider had effective systems in place to manage complaints, and to ensure that people were protected from harm or abuse.
Staff undertook training to ensure their knowledge and skills were kept up to date, and there were robust support systems in place which provided both management and clinical supervision for all staff on a regular basis.
