During a routine inspection
We looked at the care and support that was being provided in young people's homes and schools (the domiciliary care agency). The 'agency' provided all four of the activities the overall service was registered for.
Parents told us they were 'totally involved' in developing all aspects of the care package their children received.
We found that children and young people were well cared for. Parents described the care as 'excellent' and added 'we couldn't do without it'.
We saw that children and young people were kept as safe as possible and the service worked with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible care was given to individuals. Parents said they were 'relieved we no longer have to do battle to get the care we think our child needs'.
Staff were properly trained and supported to care for the children and young people in their care. Parents described them as having 'an outstanding relationship' with their child.
