During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual needs. People confirmed that clear explanations about the choice and cost of treatment were clearly provided. One person told us 'they give you plenty of time to talk, there is no pressure and you are treated like an individual'.
Arrangements were in place for staff to report any safeguarding concerns that they had.
People were cared for in a clean and hygienic environment.
We saw that people were able to give feedback on the quality of the service and this had led to improvements being made.
