During an inspection looking at part of the service
We reviewed a range of documentation and saw that improvements had been made to the recording of people's assessed needs and their agreement to the support and care required. We found that staff identified risks for each person and recorded management of these risks. This meant that staff attending the person's home knew what to do to support them. There were arrangements in place to check the standards of record keeping.
Staff had access to policies and procedures to guide them, although it was noted that some of these were still in the process of being reviewed and updated.
