Our view of the service

Shipley Medical Centre is located in Bradford at Alexandra Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD18 3EG. The practice has a branch surgery at Westcliffe Medical Centre, Westcliffe Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD18 3EE. The provider is registered with the CQC to deliver the Regulated Activities; diagnostic and screening procedures, family planning, maternity and midwifery services, treatment of disease, disorder or injury and surgical procedures. The practice is situated within the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and provides services to 20,243 patients under the terms of Personal Medical Services (PMS) contract. This is a contract between general practices and NHS England for the delivery of services to the local community. The practice is part of a wider network of GP practices under the provider Affinity Care, this is a partnership of practices who work together to focus care on the needs of the local population.
