During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure patients' safety and welfare.
Patients were protected from the risk of abuse as staff had received training in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children. There were written instructions for staff to follow in order to report suspected abuse.
Patients were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.
There was a system in place to ensure the provider monitored and maintained the quality of service provision at the practice.
