During a routine inspection
People were involved in the planning and reviewing of their care and given the opportunity to feedback any issues to the agency. The agency ensured written consent was provided for the care and support before a service was delivered.
We found that staff completed appropriate training and were supervised regularly by the senior staff.
Staff undertook training in adult safeguarding which was updated on an annual basis. The service took the correct action to report any identified concerns to the appropriate authorities.
The agency had systems in place to monitor the quality of the service and took action to obtain regular feedback from the people who used the service.
