During a routine inspection
We visited nine of the houses over four days and spoke with twelve service users and ten relatives during the course of our Inspection.
People told us they were satisfied with the quality of care and support they received. They told us their needs had been discussed and they had agreed to the support to be provided. They told us their carers provided sensitive and flexible personal care support and they felt well cared for. They said they had no concerns about the care being provided and they felt safe and protected from potential harm.
Some other comments people who used the service made included;
"Life for my sister has been at its best whilst at this house."
'The home is excellent, the staff are lovely and they look after my son well and I am happy with the care they provide for him'.
"The staff who support me are very caring people".
People were provided with care plans that were regularly reviewed so that people have the most appropriate support to meet their needs and if these needs changed, the support they received was amended to reflect those needs.
