During a routine inspection
The service conducts satisfaction surveys and keeps on file letters from relatives and carers. These included comments such as 'Respite care has given him a new lease of life', 'he has been very happy and is looking forward to returning' and that ' her speech, self esteem and confidence have all improved since being at 38 Alinora'. demonstrating that the respite service is valued by the people that use 38 Alinora Crescent and their relatives and carers.
