During a routine inspection
They told us that they feel they are treated in a dignified manner and that they are respected as individuals.
People said that they are involved in their care planning process and that they receive the care and treatment that they need.
We were also told that people know how to access advocacy services and that they feel that they are protected against abuse. They said that their rights are safeguarded.
People said that staff are, in general, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. However, they did tell us that, at times, staff could be more responsive to their needs. They said that often this is due to a lack of staff rather than their individual qualities.
