During a routine inspection
Patients told us they were treated with dignity and respect. We saw that staff adopted a kind, patient and professional approach when talking to patients. One patient said, 'The staff are all excellent, they are always professional and not judgemental'.
Patients were all very complimentary about the care and treatment they had received. One patient told us, 'It's very good. I was petrified when I came, but I can't believe how quickly I have settled in'.
Patients told us the quality of the food was 'good'. One patient said, 'The food is measured and very exact. I trust the staff that way, you have to have trust'.
Patients said they felt the staff had the right skills and experience to meet their care and treatment needs. One patient told us, 'A lot of the staff are really supportive and excellent'.
Patients were asked for their feedback about their care and treatment they received in regular meetings. They told us that any concerns they had raised had been taken seriously and resolved, or responded to.
