2. The registered provider must submit their first report to the Care Quality Commission (The Commission) within 60 days of these conditions taking effect. This report must set out any actions to be taken at Blackwater Mill residential home, as a result of the analysis and audits. Thereafter, the provider must send such a report to the Care Quality Commission on the first Monday of each month. This report must specify timescales for actions to be taken and highlight who is responsible to ensure the required improvements are made.
