Manley Court Care Home is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care for up to 85 adults. At the time of the assessment 72 people were living at the service, including older people and people living with dementia. We started this remote assessment on 24 May and we provided feedback to the provider on 10 September 2024. This assessment was prompted in part by information of concern we received about staffing levels within the service. A decision was made to carry out a remote assessment of the quality statement ‘Safe and Effective Staffing’ and we found areas of concern. The score for this quality statement has been combined with scores based on the key question ratings from the last inspection. Though the assessment of this quality statement indicated areas of concerns, our overall rating remains Requires Improvement.
