Date of assessment 22 May 2024 to 6 June 2024. We found that people were receiving a good standard of care and that staff and management knew people well. Staff treated people with kindness and compassion, and there was a positive and friendly culture in the service. Areas for improvement were identified, and these were mainly in their procedures and documentation, some of which had already been identified by the registered manager and were being worked on. The environment needed improving in some areas and action was taken immediately by the provider following our feedback.
