Our view of the service
Cheshire Supported Service is a domiciliary care agency providing the regulated activity personal care to people living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 24 people were using the service. We carried out our off-site assessment of the service between 10 April 2024 and 23 May 2024, and our on-site assessment on 10 April 2024. We looked at five quality statements; Involving people to manage risks; Independence choice and control; Person-centred care; Listening to and involving people and Shared direction and Culture.
People's experience of this service
People and their loved ones told us that they were happy with the service they received and that staff supported them well. They told us they felt able to raise issues if they had concerns, and they said staff were kind and caring. We were told by one person about staff, “Very good and very friendly”.
