At this inspection the rating has remained as good. This meant people were supported and treated with dignity and respect and empowered to make choices and have control in their daily lives.

We saw people were supported individually in ways that promoted their independence in daily life. An example of this was a person who was being supported to develop their skills in the kitchen with making drinks and preparing food. Another example was a person who was supported to join a local community group in an activity matched with their preferences. People’s strengths, abilities and preferences were detailed in care records. Staff used this knowledge to offer choices and new opportunities for people to develop their lifestyles.
