Equity in experiences and outcomes

Managers and staff received training about equality, diversity and human rights. They demonstrated their understanding of how people living at The Holt may be vulnerable to experiencing inequalities and provided support to overcome this. For example, we were able to see how managers and staff had worked with medical services such as GP’s to ensure treatment took account of people’s diverse needs and triggers for distress. This enabled people to experience equitable access to services and good outcomes to help maintain their health and wellbeing.
