Equity in experiences and outcomes
Patients told us the service was accessible and reasonable adjustments were made when needed, such as with washing facilities and food.
Staff and leaders knew how to tailor care and support for individual patients.
A review of care records and documents submitted by the provider did not identify any concerns relation to equity of outcomes. There were processes in place to monitor any potential inequality in experience and outcomes. For example, care plans were audited to make sure patient’s needs were being met. We saw detailed discussions and notes that evidenced a positive approach. Compliance with equality and diversity training was 100%.
