We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
We reviewed the results of the feedback made directly to us, practice patient survey and online feedback. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were kind and welcoming, treated patients with respect and compassion. They said that staff were understanding and help put people at ease during their appointments. Patients said staff were professional, helpful and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights. Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles. Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff. The practice had arrangements to support staff wellbeing and mental health. Staff had access to confidential telephone employee assistance support.
