Priceless care services provides personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people receive a regulated activity of individual care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do by a review of information we held about the service during the assessment 14 people were using the service. The provider's governance and quality assurance systems were effective to ensure the delivery of good quality care and support. Audits were readily completed to ensure risks were mitigated.

Staff reported satisfaction with the service and support provided by the management team. They felt their concerns or complaints were addressed appropriately. The staff expressed feeling supported and believed they could contact the manager whenever necessary. They also felt heard, with the assurance that any issues raised would be thoroughly investigated.

Policies, procedures, and processes were in place, ensuring that managers were able to monitor performance such as the quality of care visits. Regular reviews were conducted with service users, and staff received updates as necessary. There were a number of quality audits in place to provide the registered manager with an overview of the service. This included care plans reviews, medication audits, staff files reviews, staff supervision and training audits.
