Well-led
The key question of Well Led was rated Good at our last inspection and continues to be rated Good following this assessment. We found people were receiving support following Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture guidance. There were effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service and people’s experiences. The management team responded to relatives concerns when complaints were made.

Governance, management and sustainability
There were effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service. People were asked their opinions on the service communicated in a way they could understand. Staff had the opportunity to attend meetings and discuss people's needs and raise any concerns. The operations manager completed monthly audits on different areas of the service. They had identified shortfalls on the areas they had assessed each month and action plans had been put in place. The action plans had been completed and shortfalls had been rectified.
Staff understood their responsibilities and role within the team and the service. Staff described how they had been supported by the management to have the skills and knowledge to support people. Staff told us they were supported by the management team and other staff. They felt safe to raise concerns with the management team when people's risks and needs changed.
