Well-led
The provider had governance and management arrangements in place, however we identified some issues with some audits for example identified actions were not always completed. The registered took prompt action to address our concerns. The provider was also completing an action plan as a result of recent local authority visit and we could see examples of improvements. There was a positive culture at the service and people were involved in their care and support. People and relatives were positive about the management team and the care staff who supported them.
