At this assessment the rating has remained good. This meant people were supported and treated with dignity and respect; and involved as partners in their care.

The service promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing. Supporting people to remain well in their own surroundings was the priority of the service. Staff were passionate about people and told us ways in which they would promote independence. People were in control of their care, where appropriate relatives were consulted and kept up to date. Records showed people had been involved in all aspects of their care and support planning.
