Equity in experiences and outcomes
The provider completed monthly care reviews with people to gather feedback, where needed, this resuted in changes to people care and support. The provider also completed an annual survey with people. Feedback gathered during these processes was reviewed and any actions needed formed part of a service development plan.
People told us they were involved in their care and support plan. People told us they had a key member of staff they could go to if they had any questions or needed support around their care. People were regularly asked to provide feedback.
Staff told us they supported people to feedback on their care. Staff told us this was done informally during the care visits and formally through a monthly care review with people.
