Our view of the service
Servesoul Limited have made positive improvements to safety and quality of the service. Lessons had been learnt from previous shortfalls in performance. Staff working for Servesoul Limited also shared positive feedback about their training and the support they received from the service management. Risk assessment processes had improved and there was also improved oversight and management.
People's experience of this service
People using the services and relatives told us of their positive experience about staff caring for them. There was confidence about the management of the organisation and the ability of care staff to provide them with the care they needed, in the ways that they prefer.
