People's experience of this service

People and their relatives were extremely happy with the level of service they received from Harrington Homecare. A relative told us, “We’ve been blessed to find them. We feel like we’ve struck gold. Great consideration, timekeeping, and communication. We’d be lost without them. For us they have delivered what we didn’t know we needed. We’ve had a great service. The care workers have all been the same style, very outgoing, easy to communicate with, loving and respectful.” A person told us their care workers treated them as individuals and it was the detail in the care they received that they really appreciated. They told us, “It makes all the difference when you have an understanding care worker.” A relative of a person receiving live in care told us, “The care workers we have in there at the moment, they are very non-invasive. They give [their family] their space as much as possible. They are not overbearing.” Another relative told us, “Harrington’s advantage is they are small enough to really care.”
